Fresh Pasta Lasagna (either Classic Bolognese or Vegetarian)
Peperonata (sauteed peppers & onions)
Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato & Arugula Salad
Dessert: either Baked Apples with Amaretti Cookies or Chocolate-Mascarpone Pudding both served with fresh whipped cream

Minimum group of 6 people. $60 per person
Classes can be held in your home or in my teaching kitchen on Kensington Avenue. You choose the date!
