L'estate all'Imbuto ha il sapore della campagna con la suggestione del mare.
Gli ombrelloni degli stabilimenti balneari di Viareggio sono quel tocco nostalgico di vacanze al mare, ma sono anche le radici di chef Tomei, che proprio sul mare ha iniziato il proprio viaggio di cuoco. E che oggi approdano su un prato verde, con un forno a legna sullo sfondo che accenderà questa estate di gusto.

The beach umbrellas inspired by the bathing establishments of Viareggio bring a nostalgic touch of seaside holidays, but they also tell the story of Chef Tomei’s roots, for it was by the sea that his journey as a cook first began.
Today, those roots have found their place on a green lawn, framed by a wood-fired oven in the background, ready to ignite a summer filled with flavour, memories, and conviviality.
