Cooking Class Rome

Exactly one week ago we made our very own
OLIVE OIL 🫒 And it was fantastic! 💚

🍂We did it all :
we picked the olives,brought them to the mill and watched them as they got loaded, washed, grinded and pressed into liquid gold 💛

The whole process was incredibly interesting and satisfying and of course there are few things that taste better that fresh olive oil on a bruschetta, let's say it!😅

Even if this year most olives were gone due to the flies and we couldn't make a lot of olive oil,
it was just so precious to gather with old friends, spend a couple of days in the olive groove, enjoy the scenery, each other company and some wine🍷

Well now of course you have to come over to our kitchen to taste it yourself ☺️

As the temperatures have finally dropped here in and it FINALLY feels like autumn 🍂

(And Christmas is just around the corner, yay🎅)
