Of course we had to try the tortellini and pasta with ragu in Bologna. It puts whatever pasta of these genres I had to shake. Our guide is so proud of her food and traditions in Bologna, and it shines in every bite I ate that day. Just walking through the streets made me drool…

We went on a food tour in a day trip to Bologna. It was one of the best days of food in my life.
We tried every cured meat, Parmigiano Reggiano, and sparkling wines in a small corner of one of the last true osterias.
