SÄMEN: WHEN TWO PEOPLE AGREE BY SAYING THE SAME THING

As childhood best friends, Sami and Ludo loved watching horror films. But growing up in Milan, Italy, they found that people valued beauty and style over grim and gore. Suffice to say, their parents were less than enthusiastic about this newfound obsession and demanded they give it up. So, like the good boys that they were, they obeyed their doting parents, stopped watching them…and started making them instead.

After years of splattering ketchup over some very forgiving friends and family, the dynamic duo determined that it was time to abandon the confines of their upbringing and pursue their love of filmmaking with abandon. Sami and Ludo subsequently traveled the world to create visceral, visually stunning ads with a wide, international appeal.

The Italian team now splits their time between Milan and Los Angeles, and are best known for their ability to build drama with a distinct art-house style, striking that perfect balance between unique and familiar. A style all their own. A style exclusively Sämen.
