Education is becoming one of real estate’s fastest evolving asset classes.

UniCamillus is set to open a new private university campus in Venezia Mestre, within an asset owned by Central SICAF S.p.A., a company under the direction and coordination of S.A.

Dils acted as advisor to Central SICAF S.p.A. and Saint Camillus International University of Health and Medical Sciences in the signing of a preliminary lease agreement for the project.

Located at Piazzale San Lorenzo Giustiniani 11, the scheme involves approximately 11,000 sqm, equal to 65% of an asset totaling around 17,000 sqm, together with an ample parking area.

Distributed across four above ground floors, the spaces will become a modern campus dedicated to Medical and Health Sciences, supporting UniCamillus’ growth and strengthening Mestre’s university ecosystem.

With the first portion expected by September 2026 and the full refurbishment planned by the end of 2028, the campus will be able to host around 2,600 students at the same time.

A project that doubles UniCamillus’ presence in Veneto and brings together education, regeneration and urban value, activating a new social and cultural function for Mestre.
