2025 was a dark time for humanity.
And somehow, a powerful one for creativity.

There are truth-singers.
And then there are those of us who build escape hatches.

Filling the world with color, comedy, strength, and joy — building worlds that let people breathe for a moment — is how I stay sane. It’s how I contribute. As artists, we get to imagine different realities, think in parallel timelines, and create something new when the present feels heavy. We get to make beautiful things. We get to offer moments of escape into a world we actually want to live in.

This year took me across Greece, Madrid, Canada, Mexico City, Miami, Atlanta, Detroit — and deeper into the best work of my career so far. It keeps getting better. Every year somehow expands.

At the end of each year, my partner cuts together a reel of everything we’ve made — all the worlds built, all the risks taken, all the places we’ve been. It forces me to pause and actually see it. To appreciate it. Because like so many of us, I don’t slow down enough to do that.

This reel is my reminder:
we’re growing, we’re building, and it just keeps getting better and better and better.
