Daddy long-legs spiders (Pholcus phalangioides) love dark and humid places and often prey on other spiders such as Agelenids, which inhabit their own environments. Spider's web can often be observed
of different specimens that intersect each other, usually coexist quietly with each other.

In autumn the male of Tegenaria parietina wanders outside its web and having found a female, lives with it in the web even for a few days before mating. The male dies a few weeks after the union, the female produces an ovisac near her funnel-shaped den containing 40 to 80 spiderlings.

The barn funnel weaver (Tegenaria domestica) is a species with a wide distribution, it is not difficult to find it in our homes. It prefers damp and dark environments, where it builds its funnel web.
