This one goes out to everyone who ever struggled with their skin. It sucks! I feel insecure as f**k about it and try to hide it as often and as much as I can. People always talk about empowerment and accepting yourself with all your flaws and blablabla but everyone who has some kinda skin condition knows exactly that it's hard to just show it openly without a care. Every look from a stranger feels like judgement, even tho most of them might not even notice or care. I do. Especially now that the weather gets nice and everyone walks around the park half naked, which they should, cuz it's super warm and sunny 🌞 it's something that's on my mind constantly. And it's exhausting. To every fellow pso-bro and psoria-sis, stay strong! Summer is coming! It's getting better soon! 💪🧡

January '26 - the world is going fckn crazy and it's mainly the fault of a hand full of old, white men... well some orange, too, while my personal life had some pleasent and some not so pleasent situations for me to experience. Lots of playing music, lots of time in hospital, very little sleep, lots of time in train stations and at bus stops. Some X-Files, some re-decorating and it all started with a new hair cut by Fran Hoch, check her out. ✨️ Now I'm looking forward to a month in Palermo and hopefully some writing and recording down there. 🧡
