Pitti Uomo 110 offered a clear vision of menswear for Spring/Summer 2027: lighter, more tactile, and more conscious.

Under the concept of “The Pool”, Florence’s Fortezza da Basso became a meeting point for creative research and textile innovation, showcasing a new idea of elegance built around comfort, fluidity, and authenticity.

Among the key protagonists were natural and high-performance materials: washed linen, organic cotton, ultra-lightweight yarns, technical fabrics with a tailored appearance, and surfaces treated to achieve a naturally worn and organic aesthetic. Many brands explored natural dyeing techniques, artisanal craftsmanship, and production processes designed to reduce chemical use, allowing sun, water, and time to become part of the creative outcome.

From a style perspective, the evolution of the deconstructed suit continued, increasingly blended with utility and sportswear influences, while the strong presence of South Korean and Japanese designers once again highlighted Asia’s leading role in shaping the future of contemporary menswear.

Further highlighting the industry’s forward-looking mindset was the introduction of Hyperscout, a new AI-powered platform designed to enhance matchmaking between brands and buyers. By analyzing exhibitor profiles, interactions, and data patterns, the system identifies strategic connections and business opportunities, marking one of the most tangible examples of digital transformation within the global fashion trade show landscape.

Special guests and projects, including those by Simone Rocha, Kei Ninomiya, Jiyong Kim and Sunflower, further enriched an edition defined by experimentation, craftsmanship, and forward-thinking design.

More than a showcase of trends, Pitti Uomo 110 revealed a new relationship between the body, materials, and sustainability.

The true luxury of Spring/Summer 2027? Materials that tell a story, evolve over time, and connect with nature.
