Felix project on the cover of Science!
Proud to share that our research has been featured on the cover of Science! The study reveals that domestic cats didn’t arrive in Europe with Neolithic farmers, as long believed. Instead, they spread much later, around 2,000 years ago, likely brought from North Africa during the Roman Empire.
A finding that rewrites the story of how felines became our closest urban companions.
