Once again, I had the honor to present at the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Global Community Meeting in Billund, with a live, hands-on demo of my training “HANDLING OBJECTIONS in Every Context.”
⏳With limited time, we focused on one powerful stage: Jobs to Be Done.
🧱 Everyone built a model of their customer and used peer power questions to dig into assumptions and hidden needs.
During the live demo, Cahill and Hernandez presented their models and challenged each other.
In minutes, we hit the familiar WOW moment: : things that were always there suddenly became clear ✨ .
When I asked, “Have you learned something new about your customer?” the answer was: “Of course.”
