As promised, here we are with BACK GYM schedule for iron girls.
In our weekly boring meeting, after the main points to discuss (ice creams) we prepared this 4 days routine FOR HER.
As you could see, this workout involves two TONE 🔨 parts and one BURN 🔥part.
This treatment is to push you to come back in shape the soonest possible and be ready again for our next workouts 😤
