On the Occasion of the Anniversary of the July 23 Revolution – Arab Republic of Egypt

On behalf of the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Somalia in Rome, and in my personal capacity, I extend heartfelt congratulations to the government and people of the Arab Republic of Egypt on the occasion of the anniversary of the July 23 Revolution.

This momentous day remains a symbol of national determination, dignity, and the pursuit of progress. It commemorates a defining chapter in Egypt’s modern history—one that continues to inspire generations across the Arab world and Africa.

Somalia deeply cherishes its historical and fraternal ties with Egypt, a relationship grounded in mutual respect, cultural affinity, and shared aspirations for peace, development, and stability in our region.

As Egypt celebrates this national milestone, I express my best wishes for continued success, prosperity, and unity for the Egyptian people, and reaffirm our unwavering commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation and solidarity between our two brotherly nations.
