Sicuramente il modo più efficace, secondo noi, di interve**re nella questione dei flussi migratori. Finalmente una proposta concreta e seria, che mette l'Europa non di fronte al solo problema della "salvaguardia dei confini", ma alla questione più complessa della relazione che essa avrà con l'Africa nei prossimi decenni.
