🇮🇹 SEPOLCRO DI EURISACE
Il Sepolcro di Eurisace è la tomba monumentale di un fornaio romano, Marco Virgilio Eurisace, e di sua moglie, Atistia, risalente al I secolo a.C. e collocata esternamente alla Porta Maggiore.
Il monumento funebre, realizzato in travertino ed avente un fregio tutt'attorno con rappresentate tutte le fasi del procedimento di panificazione, proteggeva anche un'urna contenente le ceneri di Atistia, avente forma di una madia da pane.

🇬🇧 TOMB OF EURYSACES
The Sepulchre of Eurysaces is the monumental tomb of a Roman baker, Marcus Virgil Eurysaces, and his wife, Atistia, dating from the I Century BC and located outside the Porta Maggiore.
The funeral monument, made of travertine and having a frieze all around it representing all the phases of the baking process, also protected an urn containing Atistia's ashes, in the shape of a bread chest.

The 10pm-5am curfew, which has been in effect across Italy since November, will be pushed back to 11pm effective immediately from May 18th.
