Our Story

Born in June 2011, Student Plus S.R.L. handles services for people who are in Rome to attend university courses, specialization courses, academies or internships and are looking for an accommodation that can be an optimal solution for the duration of their stay in Rome.
The residence is especially designed for out-of-school students: it has single, double and twin rooms, a living room with daily cleaning, laundry and ironing facilities, fridges, kitchens, wireless internet, an always-present porter who provides for surveillance and assistance for ordinary maintenance issues six days at week.
The bedrooms, provided with linens, are comfortable and offer a great value for money.
