On Tuesday May 19th we attended The Cisco Italian Academy Conference 2026, the premier annual gathering for Cisco Networking Academy (NetAcad) instructors and partners in Italy. Attendees gather to share syllabus updates, review course technologies, and celebrate top-performing Italian academies. The conference was hosted at the Elis headquarter, the beautiful Villa Fassini in Rome.
Luca Lepore, Corporate Business Development Manager South Europe at Cisco Systems, did the honours at the conference and Gianna Li Calzi, Global Field Marketing Lead at Cisco Systems, closed the conference adding a global perspective to the event.
The event focused on the NetAcad curriculum updates such as AI integration, advanced cybersecurity, and the new IT Essentials Path. A series of outstanding speakers presented features and novelties about the NetAcad course catalogue, always at the forefront of the digital upskilling with its state-of-the-art IT programs.
