Mango Sticky Rice (Khao Niew Mamuang) 🥭🥥
A classic Thai dessert made with glutinous rice, coconut milk, and natural butterfly pea flowers for color.
In this Bangkok cooking class, guests learn how desserts like this are made the traditional way, simmering coconut milk gently, using natural ingredients, and balancing sweetness by hand, not measurements.
It’s one of the dishes you’ll prepare after the market tour, alongside Thai favorites like Pad Thai and curry, inside a 100-year-old Thai house.
A small detail, but a big part of understanding Thai cuisine.

An afternoon in the Tuscan countryside, making pizza from scratch.
Make dough by hand, choose fresh toppings, and bake your pizza in a wood-fired oven at a private estate just outside Florence. Take your time, enjoy the view, sip some wine, then finish the day making gelato and eating what you made.
You deserve a relaxed, hands-on cooking experience in the Tuscan countryside.

Sate Lilit Ayam is a traditional Balinese satay made from minced chicken mixed with spices, grated coconut, and herbs.
Unlike regular satay, the mixture is wrapped around lemongrass stalks instead of skewers. As it grills over charcoal, the lemongrass releases aroma into the meat, adding flavor while it cooks. It is commonly prepared for family meals and ceremonies in Bali, and is one of the staple dishes in Balinese cuisine.
This dish is part of an organic Balinese cooking class set near the Jatiluwih Rice Terraces, where the experience combines cooking with a trek through the rice fields before heading to a local farm kitchen away from the crowds.
