Lilian and Nikos will be with us to share their experience on how they went from running a comic-book store in Thessaloniki, Greece to farming at Thechillifactor where they grow microgreens, edible flowers and of course, chillies. Nikos is now the vice president of the Northern Greece Organic Farmers' Association that represents more than 100 certified organic farmers.
