Milan Design Week 2026 — a moment we’ll remember.
Our Chinese Landscape wallpaper has been selected by Charlap Hyman & Herrero for The Entertainment Rooms, the studio’s installation within L’Appartamento by Artemest.
Founded in 2014 with studios in New York, Los Angeles and Mexico City, CHH (led by Adam Charlap Hyman and Andre Herrero) works across architecture, interiors, furniture and textiles with a quietly surreal sensibility — layered, collage-like environments where memory, history and material experimentation meet.
For their room, the studio drew inspiration from the historic interiors of Palazzo Valguarnera-Gangi — the Palermo palace immortalised in Visconti’s Il Gattopardo — translating that cinematic grandeur into a space that feels opulent yet deeply inviting. Aristocratic splendour softened by time, deep resonant upholstery, warm atmospheric light. A room where elegance, warmth and history coexist with effortless informality.
