💛I used to cook lavish meals for friends but quickly throw something together for myself. I analysed and realised that cooking is a way for me to share my love. That is why I pondered and prepared so carefully for others. But when it came to me, I couldn’t be bothered.

❤️So when I was digging deep into loving myself more, I decided to make lavish meals for myself too. I am also worthy of my love.

💛So I got organised and started cooking in a totally different way. I also set the table gorgeously for myself and used the ‘good crockery’ to enhance the experience. It felt really lovely to do this.

❤️Now that this has become unconscious competence for me, my intuition often wants me to naturally up my game which in turn makes me love myself even more. I actually get quite excited thinking about what culinary delights I will prepare for myself!

💛I have a partner and I do feel very loved by him but this is totally different. His love and my Self Love has really completed me in ways I could only have hoped to attain.
In what ways do you show up to demonstrate your Self Love?

This is a great affirmation if you are in regular pain, restricted in your body movements or have any other issues with mobility.

As with affirmations, you have to repeat them over and over, especially if you have believed otherwise for a long period of time.

The positivity and energy that this will release will help your body produce more happy hormones and work to ignite you own healing system. Our bodies know how to heal. We are amazing. But you have to believe in the magic for it to work.

My own healing journey began with repeating Louise Hay's affirmations for all of my health problems. This was a fundamental basic for me. Then I looked at what in my mind, body, soul and energy was the problem or my causes of pain. I addressed each of those and today, I am a very healthy person.

It wasn't easy and I had to undo years of negativity, and the results took time, but this all worked for me. And I hope this will also help you on your own healing journey 💙🙏🏽💙
