Jokes apart, lately I've been reflecting upon ⁠this far-from-ideal year where nothing really went according to plan.⁠⁠
Did you have to struggle with setbacks, challenges, instability, anxiety, and negative emotions this year? ⁠

Well, I did - we did. And while I won't dismiss any of these feelings or issues, I also cannot deny the lessons we've learned & the inner growth we've experienced this year. ⁠⁠
🌈 The awareness of STRENGHT⁠
I believe that the awareness of one's own strength ⁠starts with overcoming hard things. Perhaps by failing multiple times during the process. And most probably by feeling overwhelmed, hopeless & anxious day in day out. But slowly...slowly... you realize that you're gaining "strength muscles." This is the best "glow-up" ever!⁠ 😆⁠

🌈 The state of GRATITUDE⁠
I feel like I've read more posts about gratitude this year than ever👍🏻. ⁠
I think it's because during hard times you get to see who's making a real effort to support you; you start to appreciate all those things that usually are taken for granted⁠ (like life itself); and you begin to acknowledge the elements in your life that are worth living for, worth fighting for. ⁠⁠
🌈 Seeing the other face of CRISIS⁠
This year has undeniably been a major set back for our sector (& many others indeed). ⁠
It's true & it's hard, I know. But I've also noticed that when we started seeing the other face of crisis- which is opportunity - our nerves calmed a little. ⁠
So, despite all, I must say that this year has undeniably been one focused on studying, developing new strategies, renovating & self-improvement.⁠⁠
