My new cookbook ‘A Kitchen in Italy’ is really a love letter to life here in Turin, a place that has shaped the way I cook, live, and gather around the table.
I wanted to give you a small glimpse of the city that has inspired me so much. Turin has a quiet magic, a charm that grows on you day by day, street by street. I hope this little mini guide makes you feel its atmosphere, and maybe even tempts you to plan a visit soon.

My new book ‘A Kitchen In Italy’ is on its way to print and I can’t wait to see it on the shelves in the fall. I’m thrilled with the results and I can’t wait to have feedback from all of you when you try out the recipes. My toughest critics, my family, are happy. So am I.
We landed on this cover, it wasn’t planned but it feels SO right. Shot on the balcony behind our new kitchen where we grow herbs and where citrus plants take refuge during the winter. I’d love to know what you think :) 📷
