This week we were delighted to support the Guille-Allès Public Library, Guernsey’s annual Carnegie Literary Lunch, which celebrates the UK's oldest and most prestigious children's book awards.

It was fantastic to hear about the thoughtful discussions and lively debates as students from primary and secondary schools explored the writing and illustration shortlists before casting their final votes, the winners being Wolf Siren for the writing award and Wiggly Words for the illustration award.

We're proud to support initiatives that inspire a love of reading and encourage young people to share their ideas.
