This October, Alex Black, will run almost double the distance that other participants of the Standard Chartered Jersey Marathon, raising money for the charity that supports adults with learning disabilities.

On 5th October Alex, who is Les Amis Facilities Manager, will start his Miles 4 Smiles challenge with thousands of others by running the Jersey Marathon. However, once he crosses the finish line at the Weighbridge, he’ll carry on with a route that’ll pass all Les Amis’ residential homes until his race finishes after 50 miles with a lap of the running track at FB Fields! 👏
