Good day ;
Butterfly Paradise is inviting you to participate in The Bigger Loser Competition 2015 !!!!!
For 12 weeks consecutive
Starting on Monday Sept 28 to Monday December 28 2015.
The person who lose the most weight wins the Bigger Loser trophy and others prizes.
This competition will be for person who wants to lose more than 10pounds with determination, perseverance and discipline.
Be sure this is what you want.....and become a warrior
Rules for this competition
1- Meet every Monday at 7pm for weight and measurement for the period of the competition.
2-Join the Yoga ,Pilates and Strength training at least 3times per week (any combination )
3-Follow the meal plan provided.
First meeting September 21st at 7pm at Butterfly Paradise (all details will be provided)
