This one continues the series and deals with the confrontation of the shadow aspects of ourselves. I tend to see Chimeras and Manticore as darker components of Leonine energy.

The "Monkey Mind" is a concept I was introduced to in Yoga many moons ago.
A cautionary tale of how a chaotic mindstate and an untempered psyche can be a volatile mix.

And yet, if you look closely, a firefly provides a beacon of hope.

In my latest video "Trial By Water", I reflect on Initiation through the classical element of water. Whilst all experiences are unique and subjective, this particular example pulls from experiences that feel less like a gentle immersion and more like complete inondation. It's also currently rainy season where I'm at, and it’s evoking "all the feels"
