Provides reliable delivery/messenger services. Responsibility for the institution's courier function and will be expected to work in varying environments, collecting and distributing in a safe, efficient and confidential manner.

Must have prior experience and certification in local and Chinese cuisine with a valid food handlers permit.

Cooking and oversees other members of the food preparation team. Applicant should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.
