Graduation is a special time, and I am honored to be invited to speak at multiple ceremonies each year. This week, I spoke at Tidy Tots on Sunday and Ritches Primary on Tuesday, where I was warmly welcomed by the principal and vice principal. At Ritches Primary, I emphasized to the students that their school has prepared them well for the future by instilling in them the values of being Respectful, Intelligent, Courteous, and Honest (RICH). I reminded them that respect means valuing others, intelligence is about curiosity and critical thinking, courtesy involves simple acts of kindness, and honesty is the foundation of trust. As they move on to high school, I encouraged them to dream big, work hard, and continue embodying these RICH values to achieve their goals.
