The Last Full Moon of 2020

We all experience challenges in some shape or form. How we deal with these challenges will of course be different. We are all unique individuals and as such our coping skills will vary. Embrace and understand that we all deal with challenges differently. Support as best you can and Look After Your Mental Health & WellBeing.

World Mental Health Day is on Saturday 10th October 2020. The Theme is "Mental Health for all. Greater Investment - Greater Access".
There is a need, now more than ever, to put focus on & to look after ones mental health. Also to give support, as best you can, to those that are experiencing challenges within self.
How are you looking after your mental health & wellbeing?

My word for the last Quarter of 2020 is Reflection.
I do believe that there is great power in Reflection, the Key is to take the time to be Still and Look Within.
