STOP THE CATTINESS! BE !

Ladies If we stopped fighting and being catty there is so much more we could do together to bring change and more love in this world.

Let us each love, celebrate and support each other and then go find those who need help, healing and love and show them it can be done as we help them.

It is important to let others know that they are not the only ones that have been hurt and in pain. All of us have been down and had valley seasons in life at some point in our journey.

Remember where you came from...what God rescued you from before you step on someone else's toes and walk off as if you did nothing.

Sisterhood is NECESSARY not optional.

To Every Woman Reading This…

You are beautiful, capable, victorious, loved, strong and enough. You are chosen, amazing, created with purpose and never alone. Your worth is undeniable, your strength is unmatched and your voice is powerful.

Today, as we celebrate International Women’s Day 2025, we honor the fearless women who came before us and some who are still with us now—trailblazers like:

👠 Malala Yousafzai, who fought for girls’
education
👠 Rosa Parks, who stood for justice and
equality
👠 Wangari Maathai, who empowered women
through environmental activism
👠 Gloria Steinem, a relentless advocate for
women's rights
👠 Indira Gandhi, who shattered political
barriers
👠 Nanny of the Maroons – A legendary leader
and warrior who fought against British
colonial rule, securing freedom for the
Maroons and inspiring resistance
movements worldwide.
👠 Louise Bennett-Coverley (Miss Lou)– A
poet, folklorist and cultural ambassador
who elevated Jamaican Patois on the global
stage and influenced Caribbean literature
and identity.
👠 Una Marson – A poet, journalist and activist
who became the first Black woman to work
as a BBC producer and used her platform to
promote Caribbean literature and feminist
issues globally.
👠 Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce (b. 1986) – One of
the greatest female sprinters of all time,
inspiring athletes worldwide and proving
that motherhood and elite sports success
can coexist.
👠 Dr. Patricia DeLeon – A world-renowned
scientist in reproductive biology and
genetics, whose research has influenced
fertility treatments and genetic studies
worldwide.

We also acknowledge the mothers, grandmothers, aunts and mentors who poured into us and helped us rise.

But this is more than a day of reflection—it is a call to action. “Accelerate Action” reminds us that equality cannot wait. Women still face barriers in workplaces and communities worldwide. Now is the time to push forward, lift each other up, and break every ceiling that still exists.

To every woman rising today—know this: Your dreams are valid. Your impact is unstoppable. When we break free, we don’t just rise—we bring others with us. Let’s break barriers, build legacies and create a future where every woman stands in her full power.

Here’s to the women who dare to dream, lead, and change the world!

We're all fighting a war. Everyone's war is different but our wars are all interconnected. The key in whether you win or lose depends on your strategy and whether or not you're able to keep your 'head/mind' in the war. You can't use the strategy if you allow the enemy control your mind with fear.

You have to keep the mission "why/purpose" in laser sharp focus. You can't allow yourself to be distracted by minor things. Stay focused and NEVER ever let your guard down.

It's a war and remember the enemy is fighting to 'Steal, Kill and Destroy!". Warriors have to be resilient, don't join the fight if you can't handle the battle. KEY FACT: Always remember the purpose of the war.

Too many women in St. Ann, Jamaica, suffer in silence—1 in 4 experience gender-based violence in their lifetime. These are our mothers, sisters, daughters, and friends.

It’s time to say ENOUGH. Join us for Thursdays in Black to stand in solidarity, honor survivors, and demand change. Wear black, share your voice, and let’s fight for a world where every woman feels safe.

Follow to join the movement and stay informed. Together, we can turn pain into power and break the cycle of violence.

You can send us your pictures amd videos via DM and we'll share them on our FB and IG stories and posts or you can post them and tag us on Facebook and IG.
