Most of the time, it’s not about you — like 99% of the time. People have their own struggles in life that they don’t openly share, so instead, they shut down. Often, they don’t know what to say because, in this life, you’re basically responsible for your own path until the day you die. So many people would rather not say anything because they feel they have nothing worthwhile to share.

That said, you can always appreciate the good times and stay open to more good times if God allows. For now, try to find happiness from within your own mind and heart.

I know how it feels to be in that place because I’ve been there too, just as a different person. But my best friend is Jesus Christ — not sure if you know Him, but He’s a good friend indeed. Then there’s our Heavenly Father, who created us all and never leaves us. You just have to find a quiet place and talk to Him — that’s what prayer is.

The Bible can truly guide you through life. It’s the only book you should read because it teaches you everything about the life you’re going through. Remember, we’re all going to die one day, so it’s important to live with purpose and faith.
