Global Pharmaceutical company in Amman is looking for a “Project management Officer” to join their team, responsible for successfully performing the following tasks:
▪ Provide strategic, tactical, and operational support for growth and innovation initiatives in the Pharma or Vaccines sector.
▪ Lead GBU governance and strategic agenda.
▪ Support transversal projects with the leadership team and monitor outcomes.
▪ Coordinate, analyze, and provide support for cross-functional projects aligned with business priorities.
▪ Improve project management methodology and tools.
▪ Support and coordinate innovation initiatives and ensure their successful implementation across the organization.

Qualifications:
▪ Experience: 2-3 years in marketing and/or project management.
▪ Experience in leading cross-functional teams is a plus.
▪ Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions based on customer needs.
▪ Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
▪ Fluent in English and local language.
▪ French language proficiency is a plus.
