📢 We’re Hiring | Accountant

Business Innovation for Consultation & Training (BICT) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team in Jordan.

🎓 Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in accounting
Professional certifications (FMAA, CertIFR, CFM) are an advantage

🔍 Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting software such as Odoo, Zoho, or similar systems
Ability to prepare financial statements and support audits
Familiarity with tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements
High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

💼 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records and bookkeeping
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Support tax, audit, and compliance requirements
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
