Thrilled to share that the Accounting Club successfully organized an event titled ‘Ace the Race: Strategies for Becoming the Top Job Candidate.’

This event was packed with valuable insights on how to craft a compelling CV, optimize your LinkedIn profile, and prepare effectively for job interviews. We also delved into the crucial distinction between hard and soft skills, highlighting how both are key to career success.

One concept that were mentioned , that really stood out to the audience was the balance between I-shape knowledge (deep expertise) and T-shape knowledge (broad understanding across disciplines). It’s a reminder to stay curious and adaptable in a rapidly evolving world.
