Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jordan for an Operations Executive. The Operations Executive will oversee daily operational coordination with international agents and timely communication with customers regarding shipment status, documentation, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with overseas agents to follow up on shipment schedules, documentation, and updates.
• Monitor daily shipments and proactively communicate status updates to customers.
• Resolve operational issues related to delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs clearance.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and agent communications.
• Liaise with internal departments (e.g., sales, finance) to align on customer requirements and shipment details.
• Track and report KPIs related to shipment timelines, agent responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and management.
• Must have 5 years plus experience in freight forwarding processes (air, sea, land).
• Analytical Skills to assess and improve operational processes and address logistical challenges.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
