1- Technical Support Engineer (code: TSE)
Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge in Windows server
- Knowledge in Windows Exchange
- Backup solutions background
- Virtualized infrastructure knowledge
- Configuring Storages (NAS, SAN)
On-site experience of (1-3) years is a must.
2- Female technical support officer (code: TSO)
Minimum requirements:
- IT background
- Fast learner
- Driving license
- Friendly personality
Experience level (0 - 1) year
3- Senior Account Manager (code: SAM)
Minimum requirements:
- Experience in IT infrastructure products
- Negotiation skills
- Customer database
- Driving license and car

Experience level (2-5) years
