In Japan, students participate in "shokuba taiken" (workplace experience) programs where they visit factories and other workplaces to gain hands-on experience and learn about different industries. These supervised visits allow students to observe real-world operations, engage in simple tasks, and understand the value of work, helping them connect classroom learning with practical applications while fostering a strong work ethic.

🛌 We are not always acutely aware of our environment, our physical needs, and sense of comfort, until we feel that things are a bit off.

⏰ If we have not optimized our comfort ahead of time, along the way we don’t quite perform at our best. We feel a bit off, even irritable at times, often inexplicably so.
