We have announced a refund of Japanese withholding income tax related to our cash dividend paid on August 5, 2025.

Following consultations with the relevant tax authorities, LogProstyle will apply for a refund of excess withholding tax and return the applicable amount to eligible shareholders, subject to approval and required documentation.
