NCDA 2025–2026 | Week 2 – Day 6

Day 6 focused on integration, reflection, and forward movement.

In the morning, participants worked on their Individual Action Plans, supported by small-group dialogue and each plan was refined collectively.

In the afternoon, we moved into a creative final reflection: “Draw Your NCDA Journey.” Participants visually captured their full NCDA experience.

Another big day of collaboration and meaningful consolidation of learning.

The program concluded with the official closing ceremony and the presentation of certificates. We ended on a joyful note during our group dinner, singing our hearts out together at karaoke and letting loose. 🎤

Deep gratitude to all participants for your engagement, courage, and willingness to grow together, truly embracing the spirit of colLABoration.

Wishing you continued growth and meaningful impact in your contexts.

The journey continues, see you soon!

NCDA 2025–2026 | Week 2 – Day 4

Day 4 invited us to go deeper into the technical and philosophical aspects of Coach Development, reflecting on what we do and why we do it.
Participants used AI prompts to articulate their personal coaching philosophies and translate values into practice.

In the afternoon, we had a special Japanese Cultural Experience: a Tea Ceremony (Sadō) prepared by Professor Gushiken, Olympic Gold medalist in gymnastics, former NSSU President, and NCDA Honorary Director. It was a great honor to be able to hold this session once again with him.
The ceremony reflected the principles of Sadō, grounded in wa (harmony), kei (respect), sei (purity), and jaku (tranquility).

NCDA 2025–2026 | Week 2 – Day 3

Day 3 was fully dedicated to Micro-coaching.

Participants engaged in the full cycle: briefing, micro-coaching/ observation, professional discussion, and coach developer reflection.

A strong theme in the all participants reflections was experiential learning. Participants noted that real improvement came from being inside the process, actively engaging in briefing, observation, questioning, and discussion.

In addition, important topics were discussed, such as the need to stay aligned with the coach’s personal growth goals, the creation of psychologically safe environments, the intentional use of Push and Pull questioning to support deeper reflection and development, and a growing awareness of own development as Coach Developers.

A powerful day of practice, reflection, and growth in a true learning laboratory.
