Buphem Organization was privileged together with other Organizations to be part of the event that took place on 19th of March 2026 in Busia County. DACCA programme launching will focus on strengthening climate resilience for smallholder farmers as strategy to alleviate poverty in rural communities of the Lake Victoria Basin. The program works with community-based Organizations who are active within the natural resource management sector ,paying particular attention to agriculture and food security, on their right to participate in local planning processes within subnational decentralisation processes.
