*Collaborative Framework for the Revitalization of Madende High School*

Today April 10, 2026, the Chairperson of Friends Forever CBO, accompanied by the Project Manager, Mr. Michael Wesonga, conducted a high-level courtesy visit to the Principal of Madende High School. The primary objective of this consultative meeting was to deliberate on a comprehensive roadmap for the school’s academic and infrastructural revival through strategic community and institutional partnerships.
We emphasized several critical interventions designed to restore the school’s stature and enhance student outcomes:
1. Empowerment & Mentorship: Implementing structured programs to equip students with the psychological and social tools necessary for academic excellence and character development.
2. Institutional Marketing: Collaborating on a strategic visibility campaign to market the school’s potential and attract positive enrollment and investment.
3. Alumni & Community Integration: Establishing a robust network with former students (Alumni) and the broader community to foster a sense of ownership and collective responsibility for the school’s success.

The Principal expressed a strong commitment to this collaborative vision, offering the following assurances:
