Today, NRVWWDA joined partners and the community in commemorating EarthDay.org Earth Day by supporting a remarkable Guinness World Record attempt led by Hillary Kibiwott to plant 24,000 tree seedlings within 24 hours at Kameza, Kessup Forest in Elgeyo Marakwet County.
The Agency team, alongside Elgeyo Marakwet County Governor H.E. Wisely Rotich, participated in planting indigenous tree seedlings, reaffirming our shared commitment to environmental conservation. NRVWWDA remains dedicated to advancing sustainable access to clean water and sanitation for all within our jurisdiction.
