Last year, I walked into rooms full of strangers… and walked out of each having memorized their names ,300 names in total.

I was an invigilator during the national exams at one of the most prestigious schools in the country.
Out of 396 candidates, I memorized the names and faces of 300 students — within just a short period.

I had never taught them.
They didn’t know me.
But something powerful happened…

As I called them by name — one by one towards the end— you could see the shock and joy in their eyes.
Not because of the memory feat…
But because being seen and known matters.

That’s the deeper truth.
👉 It’s not about names. It’s about connection.
👉 It’s about showing respect, building trust, and creating an unforgettable impact — even in silence.

And here's what I believe to this day:
No teacher should teach learners they don’t truly know.
Because real learning starts with real connection.

I didn’t announce what I was doing — I stayed ethical and discreet.
