Today the senate Committee of Labour and the social welfare committee table a report on the ALLEGED FRAUD BY THE FIRST CHOICE RECRUITMENT & CONSULTANCY AGENCY LTD against over 5000 youth in North Rift.

The committee directed the following actions :

1. Immediate full cash REFUND to the victims plus their documents by the First choice recruitment consultancy Ltd.

2. DPP to CHARGE the directors of first choice and associates over these allegations.

3. Asset Recovery Agency to REPOSSES the all properties of the directors and their associates.

4. Bank accounts to be FROZEN of the recruitment agency and their directors.

5. Board of National Employment Authority be DISBANDED.

6. DEREGISTER the first choice recruitment consultancy Ltd and banned their directors from registration of any other agency.
