As the people of the larger Kipkelion, we are presenting to you our son, a man of distinct character, a passionate servant of the people and a great, zealous and visionary leader of our time, Dr.Patrick C Mutai KIPTEMOR.

His ambition to become The Governor of Kericho is driven by the desire to actualize devolution, by sending resources down to the grassroot level to meet our development needs, an essential basis of devolution that has been delayed for far too long.

KIPTEMOR's proven track record in his previous capacities as CECM for Finance and Roads in the last regime, and currently as The Speaker of The County Assembly, is a clear testament of a leader who understands his mandate, and values intergrity, transparency, and accountability in public service.
