Start the digging now and leave it until the end of January. Start the second digging in February and remove weeds and debris. Leave it for three weeks. The third digging will be done in early March. Remove remaining weeds and debris while levelling the ground. Leave the ground to settle. Before the onset of rain, check for any sprouting weeds and dig them out.
