Our Clinical Psychologist, Beth Karwirwa, has been shedding light on the mental health challenges that many people silently struggle with every day, including stress, anxiety, depression, and other emotional difficulties. She also emphasizes the importance of recognizing the signs of mental distress and supporting those who may be struggling.
Mental health issues often go unnoticed, making them a silent challenge for many individuals and families. Seeking help is a sign of strength, and early intervention can make a significant difference.
We encourage anyone experiencing mental health challenges to seek professional support from our qualified experts. Together, we can break the stigma, promote understanding, and build a healthier community.
