FOUNDATIONS
1 CORINTHIANS 3:11-15
For God has already placed Jesus Christ as the one and only foundation, and no other foundation can be laid. 12 Some will use gold or silver or precious stones in building on the foundation; others will use wood or grass or straw. 13 And the quality of each person's work will be seen when the day of Christ Jesus exposes it. For on that Day fire will reveal everyone's work; the fire will test it and show it's real quality. 14 If what was built on the foundation survives the fire, the builder will receive a reward. 15 But if your work is burnt up, then you will lose it; but yourself will be saved, as if you had escaped through the fire.

- All foundations were made by God, so even as we have entered the year 2021 our God has laid a foundation for us.
- Sometimes the foundation can shake due to various issues but every good thing God begun in us, He will complete (Philippians 1:6)
- We need wisdom of God when laying any foundation in our lives since so that even when challenges come we can overcome them all through the help of our Lord Jesus Christ.
- When the foundation is strong then there is nothing that can break you.

It is my prayer that we shall lay every foundation in Christ in Jesus Name.

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or discouraged because of the King of Assyria and the vast army with him. With him is only the army of flesh, but with us is the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles."

Every true Christian is engaged in spiritual warfare every day. This warfare, the Bible tells us, is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms, especially against the devil, who is the prince of this world.

Just as king Sennacherib could not stand Hezekiah, be sure that no devil can stand against us who are in Christ Jesus because He who is in us is greater than He who is in the world.
